Edwin is the Specification and Stakeholders' Engagement engineer at Safal Building Systems Ltd responsible for driving adoption of sustainable building materials and technologies among specifiers in the construction sector in EA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nairobi and various certifications in energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. Edwin has vast experience through various roles in training & development, sales, project management and business development. He's been involved actively in Safal Groups' project development efforts to solarize its operations currently installing 3MWp in Mariakani manufacturing plant and another 727kWp in its Nairobi operations.

Baru is a partner in the Projects, Energy, and Infrastructure Department at Bowmans, where he has rapidly established himself as a leading advisor in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He brings deep expertise in commercial and industrial (C&I) power projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs), energy transition, procurement law, and infrastructure development across Kenya and the wider East African region.

Geoffrey is a co-founder and director at OFGEN with over ten years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy and Entrepreneurship from the University of University Nottingham (UK), and an undergraduate degree in Electrical engineering from the University of Nairobi (Kenya). He has previously served as a Director at Strathmore Energy Research Centre (SERC) and he is one of the founding consortium members of the Kenya Climate Innovation Centre.

Simba is an energy and maintenance professional with extensive experience in energy auditing, energy management, and developing energy policies. He has done research in operations maintenance and has worked in different organizations in the energy space, research, and academia. His expertise spans power generation, transmission, and end-use services.

Vincent is a renewable energy professional with over 12 years' experience in the energy sector and is currently serving as the Managing Director of Collective Energy Africa, a pan Africa BYD technology energy storage partner. He is a mechanical engineer, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He also holds an MBA in Strategic Management.
